Colors
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the quilts and fabrics shown on our site. However, because the colors you see depend on your device, we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors with accuracy.
Returns
All sales are final, though in the unlikely case of a manufacturing defect, we will happily replace or refund your order. Please check your order before you place it and when it arrives verify it is correct. If there are any defects, please notify us within 30 days of your purchase so we can make it right. After that, all sales are final.
Security
All transactions made on our website are protected through SSL industry standards. Your credit card information is never stored on our website. When ordering with us, we undertake steps to secure our customers’ personal information and credit card data. We employ 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology that encrypts all of your private information when placing an order and transmitting that information to the credit card system to be processed.
Information Collected
Your personal information, including your shipping, billing, and email address will be used by our credit card processing company but otherwise will never be sold to or shared to any other organization.
Domestic Shipping
We ship via US Mail within 2-3 business days of receiving orders (usually within 1-2 days though sometimes it takes up to 3 days when we are away teaching etc.) We ship via different classes of mail (e.g., First Class, Priority Mail, Parcel Post, Media Mail) through the US Postal Service depending on the item(s). The US Postal service says to allow 2-12 days for various services for delivery to US addresses.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and your country. The cost will be shown at checkout or by using the shipping calculator if you’re viewing your cart.
International shipping rates have increased significantly. In order to keep costs down for international customers, we use a forwarding service run by Stamps.com to mail packages to many overseas addresses. We’ve had great luck with their system and it is far more affordable than the regular US Postal service rates with the same delivery times (generally 7-10 days to most countries.) Please note that we declare the full value of all merchandise on customs forms for international shipments. We’re rule followers – please don’t ask us to check that it is a gift. We will always indicate that it is merchandise. Any customs charges will be the responsibility of the receiver. Some orders may be shipped via UPS international, depending on the destination country.
